As you might have already been informed, following the release of NVIDIA's latest vGPU driver, we will be updating infrastructure in collaboration with our Cloud Service Provider.
The upgrade will be performed in phases to minimize disruption. While we will actively monitor VM allocation to updated infrastructure, a small number of VMs may not migrate automatically. In these cases, affected VMs may be taken offline during the maintenance window.
Maintenance Schedule:
Start: 26 September 2026, 00:00 UTC
End: 27 September 2026, 15:00 UTC
Required User Actions:
- Before 26 September 2026, 00:00 UTC: Save your work and end your VM session.
- During the maintenance window (26-27 September 2026): If you need to work, start a new VM session and save your work regularly. If your VM is unexpectedly shutdown, start a new VM session and continue working from your last saved work.
